Using Dream Game Club requires acceptance of the terms outlined in this document. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary code violates intellectual property boundaries. The platform's technical architecture is not open source. Attempts to circumvent access controls or extract underlying systems are prohibited.
Automation scripts, bots, and third-party tools that simulate human interaction or scrape platform data are not permitted. Dream Game Club is designed for direct human engagement. Automated interactions distort operational metrics and create artificial load on infrastructure.
Multiple account creation for the purpose of evading restrictions or manipulating platform systems violates the one-person-one-account principle. Each individual should maintain a single active account.

Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature and severity of the violation. In cases involving age misrepresentation, termination is immediate and non-reversible. Security threats, infrastructure attacks, and serious harassment follow similar enforcement paths.
When accounts are terminated for violations, certain data may be retained beyond standard deletion timelines for enforcement purposes, fraud prevention, and security auditing. This retention is limited to what's necessary for protecting platform integrity and preventing repeat violations through new account creation.

Users also retain the right to self-terminate at any time through the account deletion process outlined in the platform's privacy documentation.

Features may change over time. Elements of the platform might be modified, removed, or replaced as design priorities evolve and technical capabilities develop. No specific feature set is guaranteed in perpetuity.
Surface-level changes to interface, functionality, or available experiences fall within normal operational evolution.

Technical interruptions, data loss, account access issues, or other operational problems may occur. While the platform invests in stability and security, complex systems are inherently imperfect. Liability for technical failures is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
